Samyoga is one of the co-founders at Safer-I and is now working as the Research Lead. For over three years, she has professionally worked as a software engineer and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in computer science from the University of Kansas. Advocating about digital hygiene and data security and disseminating information on digital safety is how she started her journey at Safer-I. Over time, she has been looking after and managing the ongoing research projects. Notable research papers at Safer-I is analysing the Compensation Trend Analysis of Tech Industry of Nepal in the 21-22. Studying data from various tech companies and identifying the differences in pay with respect to gender, age, positions, size of the company was what the paper focused on. Currently, she has been working under research to understand ethical tech and its aspects focusing on digital information and autonomy. Apart from that, she likes to use her leisure time creating handicrafts, DIYs, making doodles, reading novels and jamming to music.
